I often have patients asking for a brand new smile. My approach is always to carefully treatment plan by considering all options. I almost always recommend patients to undergo orthodontics or to simply have a whitening done to vastly improve their overall appearance. However, in this case, my patient was very self conscious about the “gaps” between his teeth as well as the shape of his teeth. I suggested porcelain veneers as an esthetic and conservative option. Working with my lab, we were able to create a mock up of what his potential anterior veneers would look like. He was thrilled with the appearance and he is currently in progress to have Feldspathic (my personal favorite for esthetic cases) veneers placed on six of his front teeth.
